Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026 ยท Call Blocker is developed by TheYourList.

๐Ÿ”’
Call Blocker operates entirely on your device. Every call-screening decision, phone number blacklist, whitelist and blocked-call log is stored locally and is never uploaded or transmitted to any external server or third party.

Data handled by the app

Contacts (READ_CONTACTS). Used solely on-device to check whether an incoming caller is already saved in your contacts, for the "block non-contacts" filter and the whitelist. Your contacts are never collected, synced, or sent anywhere.

Call Screening role (android.app.role.CALL_SCREENING). Used by Android's CallScreeningService to inspect incoming calls and silence or reject numbers that match your blocking rules.

Blocked-call history and rules. All blocked-call logs, custom number rules, prefixes and wildcard filters are stored in the app's private on-device database. You can clear your history or rules at any time inside the app.
